ALBRIGHT SWINE FARMS will include complete
instructions for roasting your hog.
For your convenience, we've listed them below:

Our 7 Easy Steps for Hog Roasting

1. Place 80 lbs. charcoal into the hog roaster,
spreading evenly along the bottom.
2. Light the coals and let burn down until gray edges form.
3. Place the roaster pan into the roaster.
4. Place the pig on the pan in the roaster.
5. Close the lid and latch it. (Opening the lid increases
cooking time, so it's a good idea to lock the lid in place.)
6. Cooking time is 12 hours. (Remember, keep the lid closed.)
If you're lookin'... It ain't cookin'!
7. After 12 hours begin slicing and serving your hog.
